These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Insight Mental Programming website, products, memberships, audio recordings, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any products.
USE OF THE SITE & SERVICES
Insight Mental Programming is intended for athletes and individuals who are able to make their own training decisions, or who are under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or coach. You agree to use the site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or Services at any time without notice.
ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
To access certain features, including your recordings and membership benefits, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us as soon as possible. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS TO RECORDINGS
An Insight Membership provides access to one audio recording of your choice from the Insight Mental Programming library, as well as the ability to purchase additional recordings separately. Membership does not automatically grant full access to the entire library of recordings. Access to your recordings is provided through your account’s “My Account” area. Membership benefits, including access and pricing, may change over time. If your membership expires or is cancelled, certain membership-based benefits may no longer be available.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS, LICENSE & HOUSEHOLD SHARING
All Insight Mental Programming audio recordings and related content are delivered as digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience technical issues accessing a recording, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
When you purchase or unlock a recording, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that recording for your own mental training and for the training of members of your immediate household only. You may play or share the recordings with people who live in your household, but you may not sell, rent, publicly distribute, upload, or otherwise share them outside your household.
You may not: (a) upload recordings to public or shared drives, websites, or social media; (b) resell, redistribute, or include them in any commercial program or service; (c) remove or alter any copyright, branding, or ownership information; or (d) use the recordings in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights.
NO MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES
Insight Mental Programming provides mental training tools designed to support focus, confidence, and performance. The Services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care. We do not guarantee any specific performance outcomes, scores, rankings, or results. Every athlete and individual is different, and results depend on many factors including practice habits, physical training, environment, and how consistently you use the recordings. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, you should seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, text, graphics, logos, images, and design—is the intellectual property of Insight Mental Programming and/or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Except for the limited license granted for personal and household use above, you acquire no rights, title, or interest in or to any content or intellectual property associated with the Services. Any use beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms is prohibited.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Prices for memberships, recordings, and other products are listed on the site and may change at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date, and for any charges incurred through your account.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or servers; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the recordings or site code; or to upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
