If you drift off while listening, that’s perfectly fine—your subconscious mind is still absorbing the information. Even when you’re asleep, the recording continues to reach your subconscious, and it will still be effective. Different brain states just mean your subconscious absorbs the information a bit differently, but it remains beneficial either way.

How does the membership work and what is included? What do I get with the membership?
The Insight Mental Programming membership is $99 per year and includes your first Insight recording upon joining. As a member, you’ll also receive exclusive access to the Insight Round Table, a members-only live Q&A held once a month where you can connect directly with me, ask questions, and continue developing your archery skills. After your included first recording, any additional archery-specific recordings are available for $15 each, and basic recordings are available for $10 each. This membership is designed to give you ongoing tools, education, and direct access to guidance that supports your growth year-round.
How do the recordings and downloads work? Can I listen offline?
All Insight recordings are securely accessed through your personal Insight account rather than a file download to your device. This helps protect the content while allowing you the flexibility to listen anytime, anywhere. If you’d like to listen without service—such as on an airplane—simply open your recording page in your account while you’re connected to the internet. Download the recording and leave that page open. Once it has been downloaded within your account, it will be available for offline playback.
We are happy to allow one membership per household to be shared among immediate family members. To maintain the integrity of the program and respect the work that goes into creating these resources, login information may not be shared with individuals outside of your household. This structure allows us to keep the content protected while continuing to develop new recordings and live resources for our members.
Do I need to be sitting or lying down to listen, or can I listen while I’m awake or even driving?
If you’re going to listen to the entire recording—including the intro that helps you relax—it’s best to be sitting or lying down for that portion. However, if you prefer to listen while you’re awake or driving, you can simply skip the intro and go straight to the part that works on subconscious reprogramming. It’s still beneficial either way; you’re just letting the information reach your subconscious in a slightly different way than if you were fully relaxed.
Do I have to use headphones to listen to the recordings?
No, you don’t have to use headphones—though it is recommended. Listening without them is still beneficial, but using headphones, especially noise canceling ones, can enhance the performance. The binaural beats in the recording help induce theta waves, which allow the suggestions to go deeper into your brain more quickly. Using headphones ensures those binaural beats do their job effectively.
Is this similar to hypnosis where you can make me do things I don’t want to do, or can the recordings influence me in a negative way?
No, not at all. Hypnosis gets a negative reputation because people think it means losing control, but this subconscious reprogramming is actually about helping you gain control of your mental game and improve your sports performance. Your subconscious will never accept anything it doesn’t want to accept, so the recordings are simply filled with positive, beneficial suggestions. I phrase your instructions in a positive way that focuses on what you want to do, not what you want to avoid. There is no intention of hypnosis—just a way to reprogram your mind with empowering thoughts. If you have any concerns, I recommend skipping the relaxation intro the first time and listening to the main portion of the recording while you’re fully alert. This way, you can hear exactly what it will be reinforcing in future sessions and feel confident about what you’re programming into your mind.
How long will it take before I start seeing results from the recordings?
Everyone’s experience is a little different, but many people start noticing positive changes within a few weeks of consistent listening. The more regularly you use the recordings, the more deeply the new patterns become ingrained. Just like physical training, mental conditioning builds over time. It’s often harder to track improvements in the mental game because it’s not as immediately measurable as a score on the target—but in many ways, it’s more important. Often, people don’t see immediate results in their mental game and they give up too soon—that’s the biggest downfall. The key is to stay consistent and trust the process.
